  • Request for Issuance of Tax Declaration
  • Electronic copy of Title
  • Electronic copy of Deed and conveyance
  • Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) from BIR
  • Transfer Tax Receipt
  • Updated Real Property Tax Payment 
  • Approved plan (if subdivided / consolidated)

1.  Inform the Clerk regarding the request.

3. Ocular Inspection of Real Property

The Assessment and Appraisal Team will conduct an inspection on the said property for verification and evaluation

(Inspection schedules are based on the availability of the assigned appraiser in the particular barangay location.)

4. Preparation and Processing of Updated Tax Declaration

  3. assigns new Tax Declaration         number, Property Identification       Number (PIN), draw sketch on       FAAS
